Does Moniepoint use phone number as account number?

When you open Moniepoint account, either personal banking or business account for the first time; you get a generic account number that is not your phone number but you get a pop up telling you to accept your phone number to be your account number.
Note that if you are already using your phone number as your Moniepoint personal account number then you can’t use it as your Moniepoint Business phone number unless you are using a seperate phone number for each of them.
